Welcome to Kimalana Inclusive Solutions (KIS),
Health & Safety That Brings People Together

your trusted partner based in Northland, Te Tai Tokerau.

Tēnā koutou, nau mai, haere mai.

He wāhi tēnei e whakanuia ai te tangata, te whanaungatanga, me te mahi ngātahi. Ko tā mātou, he arahi, he tautoko, he hiki i te mana o te iwi.

Welcome — this is a space that honours people, relationships, and working together. Our role is to guide, support, and uplift the mana of those we serve.

I am a proud wāhine Māori, construction leader, and advocate for inclusive, culturally grounded workplaces across Aotearoa. As Director of Kimalana Inclusive Solutions, I work alongside organisations, teams, and leaders to embed safety, equity, and belonging into the heart of their operations. My approach is shaped by Te Ao Māori, whanaungatanga, and the belief that when we uplift people, we uplift the entire industry.

With more than three decades of experience in the construction and infrastructure sector, my mahi is centred on creating environments where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive. From major national projects to community-led initiatives, I bring a blend of practical industry knowledge, cultural intelligence, and a deep commitment to mana-enhancing practice.

I support uplifting wāhine and rangatahi in the industry, and create workplaces where people feel safe, respected, and empowered.
